This is your official invitation to participate in New Beginning for Youth's 4th Annual Midwest Shoot-Out; considered by many as one of the top basketball tournaments in Ohio. The New Beginning For Youth Organization takes great pride and effort in providing a tournament that is fun, competitive and well organized. The Midwest Shoot-Out, itself, was specifically designed to allow players to participate in front of professional scouts and agents in a competitive and entertaining environment.
