Contracts 101 by Adam Harris

Mr. Brinkley it is time dissect your Playskool/Fisher Price Contract Clause. I can't believe you are so stupid? But I guess when you don't finish High school that is the end result. 15. OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT Now Mr. Brinkley come on now, how can you be so careless, again no high school diploma. You are the job moron. You are the primary source of employment when you signed their contacts, because if any player got injured outside of basketball, you reserve the right to release them. That little "Mickey Mouse" clause would never stand up in court. Lets try your contract scam again shall we. 13. TERMINATION. (i) at any time, fail, refuse, or neglect to conform his personal conduct to standards of good citizenship, good moral character (defined here to mean not engaging in acts of moral turpitude, whether or not such acts would constitute a crime), and good sportsmanship, to keep himself in first class physical condition, or to obey the League’s training rules; or (ii) at any time commit a significant and inexcusable physical attack against any official or employee of the Team or the SWBL (other than another player), or any person in attendance at any SWBL game or event, considering the totality of the circumstances, including (but not limited to) the degree of provocation (if any) that may have led to the attack, the nature and scope of the attack, the player’s state of mind at the time of the attack, and the extent of any injury resulting from the attack; or (iii) at any time, fail, refuse, or neglect to render his services hereunder or in any other manner materially breach this Contract. (b) Upon any termination of this Contract by the Player, all obligations of the League to pay Compensation shall cease on the date of termination, except the obligation of the League to pay the Player’s Compensation to said date. Now Pay attention if you can. By law all original breaching parties that initially breach the contract is liable for any and all damages. This means since you Mr. Brinkley Breached the contract by not abiding by the terms , example non-payment to the players on the dates agreed upon on the contracts. You are liable by law and are subject to all monetary damages. Mr. Brinkley you mean to tell me that you thought you could get away with not paying the players as agreed. What an Idiot? You prayed off of players that are misinformed, unaware, and had no clue on what they were signing. Players this why you must always have an agent or attorney present when you sign any contracts. You need a Lawyer to weed you through all of the bull and technical garbage that "Scumbags" like Mr. Brinkley put in them to rip you off and deceive you. Players hold on to your contacts, because Mr. Brinkley owes all of you a lot of money. He will have so many counts of fraud against him he will be sentenced up under the jail. And Finally don't even get me started on the release section, because the release section does not apply, because you breached the contract(Non-Payment and not abiding by the terms).Piece out Stinkley, you can go back to that game of "Gay Twister" that you were playing.
