Dirk Nowitkzi is simply the best European player now.Also I have to mention Pau Gasol and Mehmet Okur who lately doing the same impact that Dirk both on the NBA.This European players are dominating the NBA right now.Pau as the star player of Memphis Grizzlies and Mehmet Okur and Anrei Kirelenko are the stars of Utah Jazz
Ok...to be fair, Sabonis was the best euro ever, mainly becase his best years were spent overseas, and he was past his prime when he entered the leauge,(but was still dominant). As for the best now, Manu comes to mind. He is a winner,(2 NBA championships, 1 Olympic), and has that Jordan-esque game changing ability. After Manu, Dirk, AK, etc...
