Looking for 6'8" plus inside player for Germany

coach e's picture
Submitted by coach e on Wed, 2007-05-02 17:33.

I am looking for a true inside player, either PF or C. Our german ballclub has already set up the team for next season, beginning in September. Only piece missing is a second starting monster on the boards.
The player needs to be American, Australian, or Bosman A. Height is 6'8" and taller (204cm/2,04m). He needs to be equipped with strong post moves, very solid frame and an open eye for his fellow inside player. Rebounding on both ends by all means, the ability to block from the weak side. The player must be able to
run the court, fast pace basketball is our preference with an athletic trailer coming through.
Outside game is not required, the 13footer is everything we need if the player is dominating the paint regularly.

Our salary is starts at a 1000usd/month,housing, insurance, health care services, shared car is included. Depending on the quality of play, salary is negotiable within certain range...

We provide a true opportunity for serious and upcoming ballplayers. We are looking for those, who need to get started and then take it to the 1st Division. Besides the salary, we offer great teammates, who help you to adapt quickly and feel part of our community. Be open-hearted and willing to adjust to a new culture, enrichen your knowledge also culturally.

We need to receive replies quickly, with traceable resumes. Also needed are game tapes, recent ones.

Only send out serious inquiries, be ready to send your dvd out to Germany. Candidates must be here in Germany in August (beginning).

For further questions, if you fit the profile, feel free to ask.

Best regards,

Coach e

Everett Explosion

--------Veteran basketball forward Albert “AJ “Stallworth has signed with the
Everett Explosion, Snohomish County’s newest professional sports team. Stallworth has begun to practice with the team as they prepare for their inaugural season in the Everett Events Center starting in March in 2007.

With a resume’ that includes the Harlem Globetrotters (2003-2004), the ABA Birmingham Magicians and the ANBL Georgia Gwizzlies, Stallworth brings professional experience to the Explosion, an expansion team in the International Basketball League. “He’s a proven winner,” commented Nathan Mumm, general manager of the Explosion, “AJ’s teams always seem to win their conference championships.”

An All Conference standout at Wenonah High School in Birmingham, AL. Stallworth led his team to the Alabama State Championship in 1993. Later, he started for Life University in Atlanta, GA and helped them to an NAIA Division I National Championship in 2000. After playing for the Harlem Ambassadors (2002), the Harlem Globetrotters (2003-2004), Stallworth was MVP of the Georgia Gwizzlies in 2005 before coming to the Northwest to play

--------A.J Has played basketball around the country and around the world with the Globetrotters , ABA, Pro Summer Leagues, and the IBL..When he is double teamed inside he easily steps back and sinks the tree ball. With his speed and agility up and down the court you would never guess that he wears a size 18 shoe.
Emory Malon”Georgia Grizzlies

--------Stallworth's talent and work ethic haven't been lost by the Grizzlies organization. "Stallworth should join the roll call of ?million dollar' basketball players by the time we finish playing at the California summer pro league in Long Beach in July," stated Gwizzlies Coach & GM Embry Malone. "A.J. has paid his dues, has the skills, heart, drive, character, and attitude and deserves a chance to be in somebody's NBA camp this summer."
