Bulgarian Basketball Clubs Not Paying 

SKA Sofia (Bulgaria) run by a fraud Emil Cohen.

Changed at least 36 players in a season

Did not pay players ontime or paid late. No agents fees were paid to most agents involved. Transferred players until the last possible deadline.

Possible money laundering going on within club. Agents think twice before signing a player or coach to CSKA Sofia in Bulgaria.
