First of all, do a lot of running and srnpits to get your body fit. Soccer is a sport that requires a lot of running. I recommend to run with the ball often because it helps you learn to control the ball more. Being conditioned will help you focus on your technique and not focus on how much you are out of breath and sore you are in try-outs. The camp you are gonna go to will probably help you out a lot. Just keep your head up and concentrate on being a better player. Make sure on try-out days you are eating healthy and drinking ALOT of water. You will do just fine Good Luck!
